One of the most special and memorable moments in becoming a Gamma Phi Beta is when two sisters find an especially strong bond. A Big is an older member in the chapter with whom new members have met throughout their new member period and feel a connection with. Bigs act as mentors and role models to their Littles, providing advice, love, and support in good or bad times. Littles bring joy, laughter, perspective, and so much love to their Bigs. This special bond carries on throughout each member’s collegiate experience and even after a member has already graduated, as these relationships are as strong as the rock we were founded on.
